ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 265
MAGNI 265
Chassis Structural and Suspension Component Coating

ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 265 is a chrome-free duplex coating engineered for use on vehicle stampings and other structural components. Combining an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with a high-performance organic topcoat, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 265 delivers exceptional corrosion protection on the interior and exterior of these structural components. Since it is applied after fabrication, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 265 provides excellent corrosion protection at the weld and heat-affect area. Unlike conventional e-coat, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 265 will provide extended field protection, often allowing for use of thinner-gauge steel and lighter-weight components.
- Applied via dip-drain or spray application methods
- Often eliminates the need for anti-chip coatings
