MAGNI 295
Chassis Structural and Suspension Component Coating

ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 295 is a chrome-free, corrosion-resistant coating engineered for use on uncoated low-carbon steels; uncoated thin-gauge, high-strength steels; and uncoated ultra-high-strength steel components prior to application of electrodeposition coatings. This coating is typically applied to chassis and structural components and assemblies, stampings and other products requiring corrosion protection beyond standard e-coating.
- Excellent sacrificial corrosion protection beneath e-coat; guards against inside-out corrosion common to chassis components with complex geometries
- Allows incorporation of thinner-gauge, high-strength steels, resulting in weight savings
