ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 510 is a chrome-free duplex corrosion protection coating that combines electroplated zinc and hex-chrome-free passivation with a chrome-free aluminum-rich organic topcoat. Engineered for use on fasteners, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 510 is typically applied to nuts, bolts, screws and other hardware.
- Applied via dip-spin or spray application methods
- Provides superior protection in fewer layers than comparable finishes
- Fewer processing steps results in improved quality and reduced cost
