ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 535 is a chrome-free duplex corrosion protection coating that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an aluminum-rich organic topcoat. It is typically applied to fasteners, including nuts, bolts and other hardware.
- Alleviates hydrogen embrittlement concerns
- Applied via dip-spin or spray application methods
- Contains metallic pigments that mitigate galvanic corrosion activity when coated fasteners are assembled into aluminum or stainless steel
- Two-coat system provides cost advantage and superior corrosion resistance
