ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 540 is a chrome-free duplex coating that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat and a black organic topcoat. Engineered for applications that require low friction, reduced noise and superior corrosion resistance, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 540 is typically applied to side-door-related applications, such as door strikers. It is also ideal for use on applications when noise reduction – squeak and rattle reduction, specifically – is needed.
- Processing characteristics offer thinner film and lower cure requirements compared to similar coatings
- Recommended application methods: dip-spin for basecoat; spray for topcoat
