MAGNI 556E
Fastener Coating

ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 556E is a multi-layer fastener coating system that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an organic aluminum-rich topcoat with friction values targeted specifically to meet various European OEM standards. The inorganic basecoat system is developed for superior heat-resistant corrosion performance and consistent in-process material stability. The organic topcoat is engineered to provide outstanding adhesion, heated-loosening, and chemical resistance qualities.
- PFAS-Free, Chrome-Free, Alleviates Hydrogen Embrittlement
- Applied via dip-spin or spray application methods
- Engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post-coating lubricants, resulting in fewer layers
- Ensures repeatable torque / tension characteristics in assembly
