MAGNI 567

Fastener Coating

ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 567 is a chrome-free coating engineered for use on fasteners, including nuts, bolts, screws and other hardware. Developed specifically to meet more stringent corrosion and friction performance requirements, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 567’s three-layer system – two basecoats, one topcoat – provides consistent coverage and chemical protection.

  • Applied via dip-spin or spray application methods
  • Friction modifiers are integrated into topcoat, resulting in repeatable torque tension characteristics during assembly
