ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 575 is a chrome-free duplex coating that combines an inorganic zinc-rich basecoat with an organic topcoat. Engineered for use on fasteners, including nuts, bolts and other hardware, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 575 features a dark basecoat that provides sacrificial protection of steel and a black topcoat that creates a durable barrier.
- Applied via dip-spin or spray application methods
- Alleviates hydrogen embrittlement concerns
- Engineered with integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post-coating lubricants
- Ensures repeatable torque/tension characteristics in assembly
