MAGNI 597

Fastener Coating

ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 597 is an inorganic zinc/aluminum coating that employs heat-resistant resin chemistry for applications subjected to extreme temperatures that exceed the capability of conventional metallic coatings. Resistant to temperatures up to 1200° F, ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 597 is engineered for use on fasteners and other components.

ÁñÁ«appµ¼º½Èë¿Ú 597 contains integrated friction modifiers to eliminate the need for sealers or post-coating lubricants and helps eliminate the concern of seizing due to extreme temperatures. It is most commonly applied via the dip-spin application method but can also be applied via dip-drain or spray methods.
